April 7 | Romans – Grasping The Gospel, Romans 4:1-12, Part 11: Your Statement Is Ready – Pastor Chris Clark
Synopsis: Abraham serves as a brilliant example of how God justifies those who believe. When Abraham believed God, taking God at His word, God “counted” it to him as being righteous. That “calculation” happened years before Abraham obeyed God’s command to be circumcised. But now God takes our faith in Jesus and “counts” it to our own accounts as righteousness.
Fighter Verse: Romans 4:5 – And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness”

MEN’S ADVANCE | MAY 17-19
You don’t want to miss this exciting weekend! Join with other Lakes Men (18+) to be challenged to grow in our faith and fellowship together, as we enjoy lots of food and fun activities together. This event will be held at Faholo Conference Center in Grass Lake, MI from May 17-19. Early registration cost for food and lodging for the weekend is $170, increasing to $180 after April 28 (some activities cost extra).

Core Ministries – Weekly Update
Have you ever observed the gifts of the people around you and desired them for yourself? Though there is sometimes a selfish interest that drives those desires, sometimes we just see something worth emulating. This week, we’ll look at the lift of Elisha and how he was striving to follow something he saw in Elijah…his spirit!
EARLY CHILDHOOD – Early Childhood (Birth – Kindergarten) program available during the 9:30 and 11:15 Sunday services.
ELEMENTARY AGE (1st-5th grade) – Elementary age program available Sundays during the 9:30 and 11:15 services and Wednesday Kids Creek from 6:30-8pm during the school year!
