February 4 | Romans, Romans 3:21-24 – The Righteousness of God – Mark Pospisil

Synopsis: Throughout the first four chapters of the letter to the Romans, Paul talks extensively about God’s righteousness and our unrighteousness. From a worldly perspective, we can become righteous by our works, maintaining it by the way we live our lives. But the Bible says differently, and today we’ll talk about righteousness – what it is, why we can’t earn it, and how the true path to being righteous is through faith in our lord Jesus Christ.

Fighter Verse: Romans 5:1 – “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

GRIEFSHARE | FEB 3

GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

This 13-week session will meet weekly on Saturday beginning Feb 3.

Core Ministries – Weekly Update

We’ve been learning all about grace! How common we see it – life, health, relationships, etc. And…how often we can sometimes take it for granted. One of the most glorious ways God shows us His grace is through salvation. We’ll be jumping into Psalm 51 and learning how David rejoiced over God’s grace.

EARLY CHILDHOOD – Early Childhood (Birth – Kindergarten) program available during the 9:30 and 11:15 Sunday services.

ELEMENTARY AGE (1st-5th grade) – Elementary age program available Sundays during The 9:30 and 11:15 services and Wednesday Kids Creek from 6:30-8pm during the school year!
