December 1 | Romans – Grasping The Gospel, Romans 10:1-13, Part 39: The Bottom Line – Pastor Chris Clark
Synopsis: Paul had a burning desire to see his fellow countrymen saved. His heart is broken, however; in their stubborn hard-heartedness, they have rejected the evidence that is in front of them, choosing instead to try and become righteous in God’s eyes on their own terms. As he explains the predicament, Paul provides for us a clear statement of what it takes to be declared righteous by God. It was true for Paul; it is true for unbelieving Israel; it is true for every single person to date. In this passage, we will study and seek to better understand “The Bottom Line” as to what it takes to receive the gift of everlasting life.
Fighter Verse: Romans 10:9-10 – because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”

BAPTISM – 12/15
Baptism is the natural next step once we are saved! It represents the new life that Jesus’ resurrection gives us and is a public sign of our faith in Christ. If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, we invite you to take this opportunity to demonstrate your faith in Christ.
We will have an opportunity to get baptized during all services on this Sunday. Please fill out this form to let me know you are interested in getting baptized!

Core Ministries – Weekly Update
Throughout the Old Testament, the consequences of sin were obvious. In many ways, the separation from God seemed hopeless. But hundreds of messages from all throughout that time came telling of a coming Messiah – One who would rescue people from their sins. Isaiah and Micah were two of those prophets – and, hundreds of years later, their messages came true!
EARLY CHILDHOOD – Early Childhood (Birth – Kindergarten) program available during the 9:30 and 11:15 Sunday services.
ELEMENTARY AGE (1st-5th grade) – Elementary age program available Sundays during the 9:30 and 11:15 services and Wednesday Kids Creek from 6:30-8pm during the school year!

WEDNESDAY YOUTH GROUP – Middle School and High School students meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm for a combined youth group service in Lakes West (7150 Cooley Lake Rd, shared upper parking lot).
