Each Sunday, your children can be a part of an exciting and interactive environment, geared specifically towards your child’s age level.  Our teachers love Jesus and help to develop Biblical characteristics in each child through music, games and the study of God’s Word.  All of this occurs while you get to experience the life-changing worship and messages at The Lakes!  So Enjoy – and we’ll see you after Service.  Scroll down to see what your children are currently learning.

Jesus the Risen King and Savior – After Jesus’ crucifixion, He appeared to his disciples to share with them His final teachings before setting them out with the Great Commission.

The God Who Empowers – After Jesus’ Ascension into Heaven, the Holy Spirit was given to each of us. The disciples used the blessing of the Holy Spirit in many ways: to teach others the truth of the gospel, to heal the lame and sick, and to change people’s hearts so they would believe in Him.

The God Who Sends – Saul was no stranger to religion…he believed strongly in the Jewish faith of his ancestors. He believed so strongly in that faith that he violently opposed God’s church, imprisoned believers and did everything in his power to destroy it.

While on the road to Damascus, all of that changed! Jesus revealed Himself to Saul and led him on a life-changing transformation.

God had a purpose and a plan for Saul. It was something that no one saw coming, but had been put in place before Saul was even born. We will spend several weeks talking about this transformation. Just like Saul, if we recognize our sin, repent, believe in Jesus and confess Him as Lord and Savior, our heart can be changed! And when that happens, our lives can be changed inside and out too, as we can begin to fulfill God’s plans in our lives.

Angels Spoke to Mary and Joseph – Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled God’s plan of redemption from the beginning of the world.

Jesus Was Born – The birth of Jesus is good news! Jesus is God’s Son, sent to earth to save people from their sins and to be their King.

Jesus Was Dedicated – When Jesus arrived, Simeon and Anna knew He was the Messiah. By faith, we trust in Jesus, God’s Son, for salvation.
