A harbor is a body of water along the shoreline deep enough to anchor ships. THE HARBOR is a body of Christ along The Lakes deep enough to anchor high school students in their faith. It provides protection, shelter, and refuge from the wicked winds, waves, and currents of the world. THE HARBOR provides a safe environment to learn strategy with other ships (Christian youth) and restock inventory (the Word of God) while getting ready for departure into the seas (the world). While the primary purpose of most harbors is preparation to fish for various creatures of the sea, THE HARBOR will prepare our students to fish for men. Join us every Thursday at the Lakes Office from 7-9pm.

The Harbor Christmas Serve
Our first ever Christmas Serve was a HUGE success! We all showed up early to wrap presents, drink hot chocolate, decorate our bus, and listen to some Christmas music! Then the true fun began–we headed to two families homes to deliver much needed hope for the season in the form of food and gifts. We were blessed and a blessing to others–we look forward to continuing this new tradition next year!

Our third annual trip to Haiti is coming up June 20-27th, 2018 for all junior and senior students. If you are interested in going you need to attend our first meeting on
Tuesday, January 23rd. 6:30-7:30pm at the church office.

Winter Jam 2018!

This year we are heading to Bair Lake Bible Camp for the first time ever February 23rd-25th! This may just be your students favorite time of the whole year–sledding, broom ball, rock wall climbing, archery tag, all kinds of sports, time for worship and great messages, game rooms, junk food, etc…Not sure it get’s any better than this. Cost is $100 with
$50 deposit due by Thurs, Nov. 30th.
**Don’t let the cost concern you: If your student wants to go (and who wouldn’t?!), they can go. TLCC will gladly help you with the cost if needed.**
